What you will be responsible for

• Calculating your own construction work
• Producing quotations based on tender documents
• Checking the accuracy and completeness of documentation to ensure correct costings are produced
• Specification of materials according to project documentation
• Requesting materials and subcontractors, evaluating bids

What we expect from you

• High school/university education in construction
• Good knowledge of project documentation
• Communication, independence, diligence
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with calculations/calculation programs an advantage
• Suitable for graduates
