Civil engineering preparer

Preparation is essential! We are therefore looking for someone who feels the same way and will help us to have the foundations as solid as possible. Our preparer should be able to handle project documentation checks, subcontractor searches and of course tenders. Both coordinating them and setting technical conditions. What you will be responsible for

• Communicating with subcontractors as part of tendering processes
• Processing and coordinating tenders, setting technical conditions for implementation
• Financial evaluation of individual tenders
• Searching for new suppliers
• Cooperation with project managers and construction managers on the delivery schedule
• Joint cost control activities with the project manager
• Assessing project documentation and proposing its optimization
• Evaluation of contractors

What we expect from you

• High school/university degree (preferably in civil or electrical engineering)
• Experience in a preparation, purchasing or construction management position
• Orientation in project documentation
• Communication skills and independence
• PC skills (MS Office - especially Word and Excel)
• Driving licence with Sk. B is an advantage
